How are your leadership courses in Sydney structured?
Our leadership courses in Sydney are comprised of a series of interconnected modules, all of which include an interactive workshop. Every workshop is led by a dynamic LMA Facilitator who imparts knowledge, leads the interactive workshop activities, and guides workplace application.
Halfway during their leadership course, Participants have a mid-course review. At the end of the modules, a post-course review is conducted to cover what they have learnt, how they have developed from the course and the measurable results and R.O.I they have achieved.
Throughout the course, Participants are supported by their LMA Facilitator, along with a manager or mentor from their organisation, and an LMA Client Support person. They receive one-on-one follow up and support from both the Facilitator and Client Support person for assignments, workplace application, and the progress of their course goals.
