What is the structure of your leadership courses in Brisbane?

Our leadership programs in Brisbane are split into content specific modules which are supported by an interactive workshop. Each workshop includes learnings delivered by a dynamic facilitator, interactive workshop activities and a focus on workplace application.

At the halfway point of the program, participants will have a mid-course review of what they have learnt so far. There will also be a progress review workshop at the end of the modules.

As participants undertake their leadership courses in Brisbane, they will be supported by their LMA facilitator, along with a manager or mentor from their organisation, and an LMA client support person. Participants receive one-on-one follow up and support from both the facilitator and the LMA client support person to assist with assignments, workplace application, and the achievement of their course goals.
