What is the structure of your leadership courses in Australia?
Our leadership management courses start with an overview meeting where you have an overview of the course and establish goals. Each course has a number of specifically tailored modules, with each module having a dedicated workshop.
There is a mid-course review workshop which refreshes the learnings of the course so far and tracks the progress of your goals. Once the course is completed, there is a graduation, followed by a refocus workshop which tracks your post-course progress and reaffirms learnings.
Throughout the course, participants will have access to Learning Partners such as the LMA facilitator, a manager/mentor from within the client organisation, and an LMA client support person to assist both the participant and the manager/mentor throughout the process. Goals are set by the participant in collaboration with their manager/mentor and the LMA client support person at the beginning of the process.
Every participant will have access to comprehensive resource materials including digital and hard copy manuals, plans of action, and audio files which enable spaced repetition, multi-sensory learning and easy review.
All the workshops end with an activity, as well as application and action steps to be applied back into the workplace to ensure measurable results. Participants also receive one-on-one follow up and support from both the LMA faciliator and the LMA client support person to assist with assignments, workplace application, and achievement of set goals.
After graduation, participants receive a complimentary 12-month membership to LMA’s Graduate Program, where they have access to a Leadership Development Dashboard, regular Leading Edge newsletters, webinars and training events, and networking opportunities.
