Why did I enroll into LMAs Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course? Long story short, my manager had recently completed the course and suggested I enroll as there was a great deal of management techniques that would be beneficial to me, my team and the organisation.

The ability to customize the learning outcomes to my pre-determined personal and professional development goals was a great starting point. It gave me ownership over my development which centered around implementing 5S in the packing area, creating regular one on one’s with my team and implementing a new stock audit system.

There were so many great concepts and tools within the modular content. I personally use the goal planning sheets LMA provided within the program every day. With the knowledge to effectively plan, I achieve my desired outcome by breaking each step down into manageable time frames and keeping on track to the final goal. This process has allowed me to implement 5S to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the packing area. There is increased communication, rapport and trust amongst the team, and we have significantly reduced waste in terms of finding stock.

Our LMA Facilitator Camille helped everyone to understand the concepts in an enjoyable and interactive way. Combined with Nicky’s assistance as Client Support, I always felt confident taking on new ideas and applying them back into the business.
