I saw LMAs Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course as a wonderful opportunity to enhance my leaderships skills and fastrack my career progression into a more senior role.

In terms of aligning the course to my priorities. My LMA client support (Julian) helped me structure win/win agreement goals around my communication/public speaking skills, effective delegation and maximising Team Performance through implementation and management of KPIs.

LMAs wholistic approach to leadership development and the content within the program was all very interesting and beneficial. My favorite tools include the Time Analysis worksheets and High Payoff Activities which gave me great clarity in where I could delegate to create a more engaged, empowered, and efficient team.

I looked forward to attending the interactive workshops each fortnight. It was great to hear from other leaders in different industries and understand that when it comes to leading people, we are all facing the same challenges and opportunities.
