Andrew Green – High Performance Management

The most valuable concept I took away from the course was how to understand different personality styles and how to style flex communication to maximise engagement and results.

Having previously completed LMA’s Challenge of Leadership course with great success, it made perfect sense to enroll into LMAs High Performance Management course when it came time to further develop my skills as a high performing manager, increase my knowledge and understand around how to best utilise my team and individual time in a high-pressure environment.

Utilising the goal planning process at commencement, I tailored the program to my role with a focus on increasing the efficiency of our commissioning documentation onsite. This was a great success and has now been rolled out to the Team for use.

The most valuable concept I took away from the course was how to understand different personality styles and how to style flex communication to maximise engagement and results. I always saw myself as a good communicator, but now use my newfound knowledge to be a better leader and assist others in business to do the same.

Having now graduated, I believe I am a more efficient manager, with more well-rounded skills in all aspects of the management role. I plan my weeks better than before and I am prepared for any difficult situations that may arise, having the necessary tools in the toolbox to get the best outcomes for the business.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking at creating a high-performing environment. I believe my outcomes have been boosted by the fact I had my direct reports completing other LMA courses at the same time as we are all talking the same language.
