Founded in 1908, Austral Bricks a part of the Brickworks Group of companies, has been leading the way in brick manufacturing and design for over 100 years. It is no surprise they have an enduring relationship with their customers, and are consistently selected ahead of all others by leading builders and world-class architects and designers.

Austral Bricks originally engaged LMA after several unsuccessful leadership development initiatives that delivered very little in the way of sustained skill growth and learning for its emerging leaders. Short, sharp courses conducted over limited timeframes with minimal application opportunities did not deliver the desired outcomes and left participants and management somewhat disillusioned about training and development.
