Brett Elliott – Challenge of Leadership

Effective delegation was a close second and has been a wonderful tool to empower those around me.

I was enrolled into LMAs Challenge of Leadership course to become a better leader and maximise my efficiency and effectiveness. During the course we were able to set up several developmental goals, both personal and professional. The professional goals challenged me to become a better me. Whilst striving for better work life balance through the personal goals.

I found the goal setting process extremely beneficial and now use goals in every aspect of my life. The course content was great, and I enjoyed the multisensory impact of having both written and audio versions. If I had to choose one best idea it would be Emotional Intelligence, how to recognise other people’s emotions and how to work with that in many ways. Effective delegation was a close second and has been a wonderful tool to empower those around me.

LMA supported me in measuring real results from my learning and application. Seeing the return on investment and results aligned to company KPIs has empowered me to continue to increase my knowledge with future development opportunities.

Overall, the course was amazing, I enjoyed every minute of the learning journey. Camille (Facilitator) always created a fun learning environment and Steve (Client Support) supported me to focus on my goals and stay on track. I would highly recommend this to anyone progressing in their company. There are so many valuable tools to take away and make yourself a more valuable leader and employee.
