Daniel Di Francesco — Challenge of Leadership

I enrolled into LMA’s Challenge of Leadership program to equip myself with the essential skills to effectively guide and inspire my team and enhance my personal growth.

The course provided a structured learning process and framework for developing my skills around strategic thinking, communication, and decision making.

Throughout the program I have learnt new leadership skills, gained a comprehensive understanding of strategic management and strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication and motivation. Having gained these skills, I now aspire to drive positive change, foster collaboration, and contribute to the ongoing success of my team.

I would recommend this program to other leaders looking to enhance their skills and career progression. A big thanks to Simon (Facilitator) for creating a highly interactive, engaging, and fun learning environment.
