Ellise Hallam – Challenge of Leadership

The content was extremely comprehensive with so many great ideas, tools, and learnings.

My Manager enrolled me in LMA’s Challenge of Leadership course to prepare me for success for my new Management role. At course commencement I structured professional development goals around refining my organizational skills, creating stronger professionalism in dealing with people and maximizing the performance and productivity of my team.

The content was extremely comprehensive with so many great ideas, tools, and learnings. The best ideas for me were high payoff activities, managing/minimizing distractions, and effective delegation.

Having recently graduated, I am now equipped with a wealth of new knowledge, have been promoted to manage an additional team and created a complete sales guide to create a self-sufficient sales team in NSW.

I would absolutely recommend LMA to anyone that is willing to spend the time and put in the effort to grow and develop their leadership capabilities.
