My employer presented LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course as an opportunity to further develop my skills as a manager, which I happily accepted. I was keen to improve my time management and communicate with my team more effectively to increase staff performance and job satisfaction.

LMA aligned the course to me, my role, and my team, making it beneficial and easy to apply back into my personal and professional life. Structuring win/win agreement goals that benefited myself, my team, and my organisation was a wonderful outcome. These goals allowed me to easily apply the course content, enabling me to increase the skills of my team, delegate more tasks, and free me up to focus on being a leader.

Moving forward, I am excited to shift my focus to continuous improvement opportunities that will further enhance the capabilities of my team and increase the return on investment to my employer.

I would happily recommend this course to others. It’s beneficial to anyone in a management position, as it constantly has you thinking about your management style and offers ways to improve it.
