Leanne Baker — High Performance Management

I participated in LMA’s High Performance Management as an opportunity to progress career development and gain new knowledge/tools to develop both my team and business systems across Australia & New Zealand.

I thoroughly enjoyed the learning content of the program, some of the best take aways for me being communication styles & style flexing, time management, delegation, and coaching/mentoring. By implementing these tools back towards my predetermined goals, I have successfully:

• Streamlined a well-defined process which will see our NZ Operations launching successfully.
• Increased both clients and staff members in NZ.
• Created a more productive team who are confident in their own decision making.
• Developed a comprehensive ESL Training Program allowing us to gain nationally consistency and continue to be experts in our field.

From a behavioural perspective I am enjoying the process of setting and achieving personal and professional development goals with tangible results. In addition, I have become far more productive, have a greater understanding of my Team and empowering them through effective delegation on a regular basis.

Thanks to both Crew Services Group and LMA for a wonderful learning experience. I look forward to mentoring other staff members through LMA’s courses in the future.
