I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience which was highly relevant, sustainable, and fun.

Firstly, a big thanks to Rinnai for allowing me to participate in LMA’s High Performance Management program. I thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience which was highly relevant, sustainable, and fun.

The concept of individual pre-determined goals allowed me to fine tune the learning outcomes back to the development of me, my team and department. These goals focused on improving our sales team’s productivity and proactive approach to securing new business. Improve our service and install offer and strengthen key client relationships.
The modules were thorough with relevant tools and content, supported by a process which ensures they are practically applied. Key takeaways for me included handling difficult conversations, importance of investing and improving my team, delegation and identifying my development teams HPAs.

Following my graduation, I have seen positive change within myself around becoming a better listener, gathering facts before making decisions and improved time management and planning skills through effective goal setting.

Overall, I found the experience very positive. I have enjoyed implementing what I have learnt on the course within my team which has delivered improved results and attitude.
