LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course has been the most enjoyable and beneficial course I have completed to date. I have thoroughly enjoyed the combination of multi-sensory impact, interactive and experiential group workshops followed up by the plan of action activities through LMA’s Feedback Online system. This provided the perfect framework for me to identify and achieve my personal and professional development goals.

The purpose of my enrolment was to equip me with the necessary skills to step into future managerial roles by ensuring I am prepared to contribute effectively to the company’s long-term success and continuity. Upon graduating I was equipped with a plethora of new skills including leading by example, delegation of low payoff activities and strengthened communication and relationship building capabilities. This has created an increased focus on my high payoff activities which has generated a significant return on investment for the organisation.
