Tim Lewis – Success Strategies for Team Leaders and Supervisors
For me, the most valuable learning was how to improve communication and relationships internally and externally.
The reason behind my enrollment into LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course was to gain new knowledge and skills required to be effective in my Supervisor Role. From the outset I focused my development on our Rigging Store Facility/Team with the goal to increase productivity, reduce waste, streamline the maintenance process, and implement visual management.
For me, the most valuable learning was how to improve communication and relationships internally and externally. As well as goal setting, planning and prioritisation. By practically applying these learnings I was able to achieve my goal which has increased team morale, productivity, and collaboration.
These changes were aimed at saving time and based on my estimation the annual value is expected to exceed $50,000 per annum. It’s amazing how small sustainable changes add up over the working year.
I am thrilled to have completed the course and implemented so many great tools into my professional and personal life and will continue to do so moving forward.
Would I recommend this course to others? Definitely.
