The course has armed me with tools I never had access to earlier and my confidence, decision making, and critical thinking have increased tenfold.

Given my recent promotion into a Team Leader role, I was enrolled into LMAs Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course to develop the skills required to manage a team effectively. From my perspective, I wanted to better myself and focus on developing my own performance and productivity, then cascade that through my Team.

My overall impressions of the course have been very positive. I am now a lot more balanced in my job, and at home. I have developed a more positive and above the line attitude in the way I operate and approach new challenges/opportunities. The course has armed me with tools I never had access to earlier and my confidence, decision making, and critical thinking have increased tenfold.

I now delegate with purpose, utilise active listening and style flex my communication to create a highly engaged, happier and productive team which has generated a significant ROI for the business. This has also freed up my time to focus on ongoing continuous improvement opportunities.

For me the most enjoyable part of the learning experience was the interactive workshops which allowed me to develop relationships with fantastic people and collaborate fortnightly to enhance each other’s learning and development.

I would recommend this course to others, it’s been a great experience and equipped me for success moving forward.
