LMA’s recent “Secrets of High Achievers Workshops” have proved a real hit and delivered immediate impact.
More than 150 people from 40+ organisations across Australia attended the sessions and contributed to an engaging and interactive discussion about characteristics of high achievers.
Attendees heard how an “Above the Line” mindset, coupled with structured and consistent goal setting leads to ongoing self-discovery and self-improvement that ultimately drives and sustains professional and personal success and high achievement.
A range of activities, discussions, videos and reflections provided each participant with the opportunity to walk away from the workshops with ideas and actions to enhance their own and their team’s performance.
Feedback received after each workshop suggests the concept of high achievement is very much alive and can inspire and engage individuals, teams and whole organisations to engineer their own future success.
