During 2011, in response to several clients’ requests, LMA established a working relationship with Think Perform Pty Ltd. The company specialised in on-site training and consulting in Lean and Competitive Manufacturing Processes. Think Perform’s experienced trainers and consultants provided successful improvement solutions to many or our clients.
15 years later we are still confident introducing our clients to the range of Operational Excellence programs. These programs are only conducted in-house with Australian based organisations.
