Claire Schreiterer – Success Strategies for Team Leaders and Supervisors

I embarked on the learning journey through LMA's Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course thanks to my Employer's commitment to my ongoing training and development.

Going in, I was hoping to learn how to progress my leadership and management skills as well as being able to take on new ideas to better my work. Following my graduation I have successfully been able to achieve a different mindset, one focused on high payoff activities and continuously looking for ways to improve. I have also become more positive and adaptable, learning that not everything is perfect and that’s ok, if people try, learn and improve it is all we can ask. Have learnt to let things go and not stress about the little things.

The interactive workshops were fantastic and the real highlight for me from a learning perspective. LMA created a very positive learning environment which allowed participants to discuss and share ideas, thoughts and challenges to better ourselves, and each other.

Moving forward I will continue to utilise the goal planning sheets and focus goals to support my ongoing personal and professional development. I would recommend this course to others as it fine tunes your skills, makes you think outside the box, and provides the opportunity to grow yourself and your team.
