I embarked on LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors (SSTLS) course with the desire to improve my overall leadership skills and maximise performance/productivity for both me and my team.

The focus for my development sat around achieving production targets, improving communication and delegation through effective toolbox meetings, and implementing team strategies to improve production output.

The most valuable learnings were implementing SMART Goals, developing effective teams, building a framework for continuous improvement and effective communication. Implementing these learnings has created a collaborative team approach to maximise performance, increased motivation, and a desire to continuously improve.

This course can open your mind and give you tools on how to go about your leadership role in a positive and effective way, guiding team members to improve their performance and productivity.
