LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course provided a positive framework to enhance my skills and further develop my capabilities as a leader. I have been able to dramatically improve my time management which has enabled me to prioritise effectively, work smarter, achieve goals faster and remove the stress that comes with becoming overwhelmed by a high workload. My self-awareness has improved along with my communication skills, and I find myself approaching new ideas with an open mind and desire to collaborate with others.

I am now a more confident leader and have gained new knowledge and tools that will support my leadership approach and journey moving forward. Attending the fortnightly interactive workshops was something I looked forward to. It was great to connect and share the learning journey with a group of like-minded people looking to better themselves and their organisation. It also created a very diverse and interactive learning environment and we become accountable to each other to deliver on the actions we identified within the workshops.
