The Sales Edge course helped me to develop structures & goals around my personal work style

I began my course a little apprehensive about taking on study again. Being 35, the last time I had assignments to do was University! However, I very quickly learned that the Sales Edge course was not going to overwhelm me with a simple structure and easy to learn topics.

With a little dedication & setting my mind to it, I found that I could handle most-everything the course had to offer. If I ever was stuck or needed some clarification, we had course experts that we could contact who were very diligent & always helpful!

The Sales Edge course helped me to develop structures & goals around my personal work style, so that I could further improve on my selling techniques and also feel much more confident in what I do. I believe this has successfully taught me to approach sales in my own style but to be effective, confident and further enjoy what I do.

A big thank you to both Erick our course Facilitator & Julian my client support. Erick was so charismatic and energetic and made our fortnightly video calls fun & easy to understand with endless positive reinforcement to everyone! Julian was there to assist me whenever I needed, with expert advice and enormous encouragement.

Both LMA representatives were contactable at the drop of a hat so it was very easy and comforting to know I could get any help that I requested.
