Completing my LMA Challenge of Leadership course (Certificate IV in Leadership and Management) equipped me with practical tools and deep insights that have significantly advanced my leadership capabilities.

One of the most impactful outcomes was the boost in my confidence to delegate effectively. I learned how to empower others while maintaining accountability, which has improved both team performance and my own focus on strategic priorities.

The course also helped me become more mindful of the leadership shadow I cast—how my actions, attitudes, and communication influence those around me. This awareness has made me more intentional in how I lead and engage with my team.

Another major area of growth was in emotional intelligence. Through the program, I developed a stronger ability to understand and manage my own emotions, as well as to empathize and connect more meaningfully with others.

Our facilitator, Deb, was exceptional—she kept us engaged and consistently challenged us to think differently. The collaborative learning environment, especially the breakout room sessions, was incredibly valuable. Working with peers to explore ideas and solve challenges brought fresh perspectives and reinforced the learning.

I highly recommend LMA to anyone seeking to grow as a leader. The blend of expert facilitation, peer learning, and practical application makes it a powerful and rewarding experience.
