When SwitchCo offered me the opportunity to join LMA’s Performance Edge program as I prepared to transition into a new team lead role, I immediately saw the value. I wanted to build a strong foundation in leadership and ensure I was ready to support and guide my team effectively from day one. My goals were clear: develop the confidence, communication skills, and strategic mindset needed to lead with purpose, especially as I navigated the shift from team member to team leader.

The Performance Edge program delivered exactly what I needed. The course provided practical tools—like the discussion planner, HPAs (High Payoff Activities), and goal planning—that I could use straight away. By applying these learnings, I was able to bring real structure to my day, which freed up more time to focus on what matters most.
