David Keenan is Chief Operating Officer at Laser Central and is fully committed to developing the team of 90+ people working in the business. He is committed to consistent investment in people to grow their skills, capabilities, confidence and competence.

The most recent Laser Central course group to graduate from the Success Strategies for Team Leaders and Supervisors (SSTLS) course delivered two memorable moments in the eyes of LMA Facilitator, Camille Bath:
- The formation of a Participants’ study group to assist and support each other betweenworkshops. One of the Participants who found the course relatively easy volunteered to helpothers and thus, started the group. Clearly it benefitted the group and assisted everyone tocomplete the course and receive their qualifications.
- Jess Willmott’s graduation speech where she brought in a full-length mirror, turned it around to reflect the group and then she said the following:“I wanted an image to show you all what real courage & empowerment looks like. Whatchange, growth, perseverance & great leaders look like. And I found it. It is all of you. You arethe greatness here and the leaders of change for a working culture we all want to be a part of.”
By this stage, most people were teary. Clearly the course was life-changing for Jess.
