I was excited to enroll into LMAs Challenge of Leadership program to support my career progression, improve my self-confidence and develop my leadership skills to increase team productivity, morale, and overall performance.

Working closely with my Manager/Mentor we were able to construct meaningful personal and professional development goals using the LMA framework. These goals allowed me to maximise my productivity through more effective time management, advance my emotional resilience and improve interpersonal relationships. The ability to delegate and empower my Team has not only made me more productive but created engagement and development opportunities for those around me.
