Maria Di Dio – Challenge of Leadership
Through learnings obtained within LMA’s modular content and the interactive/experiential workshops I was able to achieve all my goals which had fantastic tangible results.
Back in 2012, I was promoted into the HR department at Kookai and was eager to learn more about effective leadership and share these learnings with our people. As such I enrolled into LMAs Challenge of Leadership course and structured the following win/win agreement goals.
- Up-skill and empower my direct report.
- Develop and implement a company strategy for both training and performance management.
- Allocate more personal time to spend with family.
Through learnings obtained within LMA’s modular content and the interactive/experiential workshops I was able to achieve all my goals which had fantastic tangible results.
The course requires you to apply your learnings within the workplace prior to the next workshop, so you are accountable to practice and learn. It also focuses you on being “Above the Line” and ensure time is focused on your High Payoff Activities which maximize accountability, ownership, and performance.
To this day I am still using many of the tools I learnt through LMA and am more effective and strategic in my leadership as a result. Albeit over 10 years ago since completing the course, I am still regularly utilizing my LMA resources and concepts.
I highly recommend this course to all managers looking to better themselves personally and professionally. You will learn essential skills that will 100% evolve you as a leader.
