LMA’s Challenge of Leadership course provided immense benefit to my role as a leader by;

– Reinforcing the positive elements of my current leadership style.

– Helping me identify opportunities to improve and providing me with the tools to improve my leadership, communication and time management.

After managing many Teams throughout my professional career, it was great to gain an in-depth understanding of best practice, and with workshop learning content and sharing current challenges with a group of like-minded individuals assisted me in applying new tools to achieve my professional goals.

Leading by example and having an above-the-line attitude are key behavioral changes I will continue to focus on given its vast importance to being an effective leader. I would absolutely recommend this course to others. Obtaining structured development around one’s leadership capabilities has a huge return on investment both personally and professionally.
