LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors course has been the most enjoyable and beneficial course that I have been fortunate enough to complete. The ability to engage, interact and learn from like-minded people across multiple industries created a highly experiential learning environment focused on practical application.

I completed this course after requesting Supervisor training that would assist me in becoming a stronger leader within our mining team. The LMA course was one of the options provided and after reviewing the development process and content, I was eager to commence.

The greatest learning that I have taken from the course is the importance of having written goals, both personal and professional. Developing this new skill has made me more accountable for the tasks I set to achieve and created increased focus on delivering positive results, including a six-figure return on investment throughout the program.

Not only have I become a better supervisor, but I have also built stronger relationships with my colleagues, I am a more effective decision maker and have increased team engagement and performance through effective delegation.
