Robert Kolar – Challenge of Leadership

Enrolling into LMA’s Challenge of Leadership was a wonderful opportunity for me to improve my organisational and leadership skills.

It was very beneficial for me to be able to utilize LMA’s framework to develop win/win agreement goals. This gave me structure and a clearly defined pathway to improve my productivity, team building capabilities and a more balanced/healthier lifestyle.

Overall impressions of the course are great due to the fact LMA created an interactive and experiential learning environment, allowing my fellow participants, both work colleagues and other participants, and I to share and contribute equally. Motivating us to workshop the best ways to apply the learning back into the workplace to better ourselves, our teams and overall performance. I found the process to be very engaging and fun.

Having graduated I now find myself with a more above the line attitude and heavy focus on engaging, upskilling and empowering my team to deliver measurable results.
I would recommend this program to other leaders, especially those working in a team environment.
