Simone Nottage – The Sales Edge

There was so much great content throughout the course

I was enrolled into LMA’s Sales Edge course to increase my sales skills and become a fully rounded recruitment consultant. To ensure I achieved this I structured pre-determined goals focused on achieving a ten thousand dollar desk and prioritizing revenue generating activities, not getting caught up in day to day reactive tasks.

There was so much great content throughout the course. Some of the critical take aways for me included a be of service attitude and not selling during the discovery phase. I have also learnt to identify the different personality styles and style flex my communication accordingly.

I now have an attitude of “but what if I do succeed?” instead of “but what if I fail”, more confident in my skills, knowledge, and service capabilities. This led me to win internal award in Q1 and propel me to second on the leaderboard for gross profit in the whole of Australia.

Upon graduating from the program, I am managing a twelve thousand dollar desk and have obtained a number of new clients. This course was so beneficial and I highly recommend it to anyone in a sales position. Erick was an amazing Facilitator and support throughout the journey.
