The LMA process supported me to structure both personal and professional goals

My National Sales manager encouraged me to enroll into LMA’s Challenge of Leadership course given the success many of my colleagues had achieved through their participation previously. By enrolling I knew I would be gaining valuable know-how and tools that would give me opportunities to use and advance in both my organisation and the building industry.

The LMA process supported me to structure both personal and professional goals at the onset of the program to tailor the learning outcomes around my desired objectives. I soon learned these goals played a second role, they allowed me to apply the learning content back into real life application to deliver measurable results and lasting attitudinal change. These achievements included establishing a home gym to improve my fitness. Achieving a difot target of 96% and the design/launch of a new internal training course. I was also able to implement several new tools and strategies including LPAs / HPAs to maximize departmental performance which equates to a return on investment of over half a million dollars per annum.

I would totally recommend this course to anyone who would like to advance in their company and better themselves.
