Vanessa Lepre – Challenge of Leadership

This is the second course I’ve completed with LMA and I continue to be impressed by their learning approach.

The Challenge of Leadership course provided me with a solid framework to refine the methods and mindset essential for effective managers and leaders. I now regularly apply the practical tools and ideas shared throughout the course and I’ve passed them on to my colleagues to help with the on-going improvement of our team’s performance.
The course emphasized the importance of continuous learning and staying proactive in finding ways to improve and evolve. These principles have become even more significant to me since completing the course.

The course includes practical coursework that directly applies to real-life business situations, with case studies that challenge you to think critically and strategically.

The reading materials and audio tracks complement the sessions, ensuring that the content is both comprehensive and engaging. LMA’s approach truly prepares participants for real-world challenges and helps them apply new skills effectively.
