Will Booth – Success Strategies for Team Leaders and Supervisors

I have adopted a continuous improvement mindset which will set myself and my Team up for continued success.

Enrolling into LMA’s Success Strategies for Team Leaders & Supervisors program was aligned with me wanting to further my leadership development and prepare me to take on additional responsibilities within the company.

To this end I was supported to structure developmental goals around improving my time management and developing my team through effective delegation and training. Thus, allowing me to empower those around me with additional responsibility so my manager could do the same with me.

LMA has taught me the value of goal setting and utilisation of goal planning sheets to ensure their successful achievement. My time management and self-discipline significantly improved throughout the course; I am now more confident in my ability to take on new challenges moving forward. To this end I have adopted a continuous improvement mindset which will set myself and my Team up for continued success.

Upon Graduation, I found myself with a more positive attitude towards work and gained valuable perspective through understanding the mindsets, goals, and attitudes of my colleagues. I delivered fantastic financial returns to my customers which were well received, an achievement afforded by my participation in the course and the resultant skills.

I succeeded in my role and achieved a promotion whilst enrolled in the course, 12 months following the course I have since progressed into another new role.
